Devon Sockett

Hailing from Ontario, Devon was drawn to the endless adventure that Vancouver Island provides. She has had the pleasure of calling the BC home for 10 years, and is still finding new trails to explore.

An active lifestyle, combined with previous sports and repetitive strain injuries lead to her interest in rehabilitation and manual therapy. She believes that we all deserve to enjoy life within the body, and it is her intention and passion to help you move towards your wellness goals - whether that is addressing pain or prevention.

After graduating from Dalhousie University, she trained at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where evidence based manual therapy was the primary focus. Her treatments are specific, and include techniques such as swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations. She is also certified and Graston Technique and Kinesiotaping. She is passionate about discovering the origins of pain and dysfunction, and engaging in an active treatment plan.

When Devon is not in the clinic, you will find her hiking, biking, or skiing in the mountains where she finds her deepest joy and inspiration.
